SubCheck(이하 “본 앱”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 매우 중요하게 생각하며, 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
본 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·생년월일 등 어떠한 개인 식별 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용자가 입력하는 데이터의 범위와 저장 위치
- 이용자가 직접 입력하는 구독 정보(서비스 이름, 결제 금액, 결제일, 결제 주기, 카테고리, 결제 수단 레이블, 시작·종료일, 메모, 첨부 이미지 등)와 앱 설정값은 모두 이용자의 기기 내부에 SwiftData로 저장됩니다.
- 본 앱은 별도의 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 입력한 구독 데이터를 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
- 결제 수단 항목에는 이용자가 식별 목적으로 입력한 텍스트(예: “신한카드”, “Apple Pay”)만 저장되며, 실제 카드 번호·계좌번호·CVC 등 민감한 결제 수단 정보는 처리하지 않습니다.
3. 사진 라이브러리 / 카메라 접근 — 선택 권한
- 일정 또는 구독 정보에 이미지를 첨부할 때에만 사용됩니다. 이용자가 직접 사진을 선택할 때 일시적으로 접근하며, 앱이 사진 라이브러리 전체를 자동으로 스캔하지 않습니다.
- 거부해도 본 앱의 핵심 기능 사용에는 영향이 없습니다.
4. 로컬 알림 — 선택 권한
- 다가오는 결제일 알림을 위해 사용됩니다. 알림은 기기 내부에서 예약되는 로컬 알림이며, 외부 서버에서 푸시를 보내지 않습니다.
- 거부 시 알림 기능만 비활성화되며 다른 기능에는 영향이 없습니다.
5. 광고 / 광고 식별자(IDFA)
- 본 앱은 Google AdMob (Google LLC) 광고 SDK를 통해 무료 이용자에게 광고를 노출합니다.
- 이용자가 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 다이얼로그에서 동의한 경우 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 광고 개인화·측정에 사용될 수 있습니다. 동의하지 않아도 앱 이용에는 어떠한 제한도 없습니다.
- AdMob의 데이터 처리 내용은 Google의 처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)을 따릅니다.
6. iCloud (CloudKit) 동기화 — 향후 추가될 수 있는 선택 기능
- 향후 릴리스에서 iCloud 동기화가 활성화될 경우, Apple의 CloudKit 개인 데이터베이스(Private Database)를 통해 이용자 본인의 Apple ID로만 접근 가능한 영역에서 데이터가 동기화됩니다.
- 동기화 데이터는 Apple iCloud의 약관에 따라 관리되며, 본 앱 운영자는 해당 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
7. 인앱 결제 (도입 시)
- 광고 제거 인앱 결제 등을 도입할 경우 Apple의 결제 시스템(StoreKit)을 통해서만 제공됩니다.
- 결제 정보는 Apple에 의해 처리되며, 본 앱은 영수증 외 결제 정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
8. 제3자 분석 도구
- 본 앱은 별도의 사용자 행동 분석 SDK(Firebase Analytics, Amplitude 등)를 사용하지 않습니다. 위 §5의 AdMob을 제외한 외부 트래커가 탑재되어 있지 않습니다.
9. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기
모든 구독 데이터는 이용자의 기기에 저장되므로, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 향후 iCloud 동기화를 사용한 경우 iCloud 설정에서 별도로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
10. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱 내 기능을 통해 언제든 데이터를 직접 조회·수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 설정 화면에서 앱 데이터 전체를 초기화할 수 있습니다.
11. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

SubCheck (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
The App does not require account creation and does not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or date of birth.
2. What You Enter and Where It Is Stored
- The subscription details you enter (service name, amount, billing date, billing cycle, category, payment-method label, start/end dates, notes, optional attached images) and your app settings are stored only on your device using SwiftData (Apple’s on-device database).
- The App operates no server of its own and does not transmit your subscription data to any external server controlled by the developer.
- The “payment method” field stores only a label you type (for example, “Visa” or “Apple Pay”). The App does not handle credit card numbers, bank accounts, CVC, or other sensitive payment instruments.
3. Photo Library / Camera Access — Optional
- Used only when you actively attach an image to a subscription or schedule entry. The App accesses the picker momentarily; it does not silently scan your library.
- Denying this permission has no effect on the App’s core features.
4. Local Notifications — Optional
- Used to remind you the day before each upcoming charge. These are local notifications scheduled on your device — no server-side push is involved.
- Denying it disables only the reminder feature.
5. Advertising / Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
- The App displays ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC) for free users.
- If you consent in the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used for ad personalization and measurement. The App works fully even if you decline.
- AdMob’s processing is governed by Google’s policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6. iCloud (CloudKit) Sync — Optional, Future Feature
- If iCloud sync is enabled in a future release, data syncs through Apple’s CloudKit Private Database, accessible only by your own Apple ID.
- Such data is governed by Apple’s iCloud terms. The developer of this App cannot access it.
7. In-App Purchase (if introduced)
- If an in-app purchase such as “remove ads” is introduced, it will be offered exclusively through Apple’s payment system (StoreKit).
- Payment is handled by Apple. The App does not collect or store payment information beyond the StoreKit receipt.
8. Third-Party Analytics
- The App does not embed any third-party user-behavior analytics SDK (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Amplitude). Aside from AdMob in §5, no external trackers are bundled.
9. Retention and Deletion
Because all subscription data is stored on your device, removing the App deletes it. If a future iCloud sync feature is used, you can additionally delete it through iCloud settings.
10. Your Rights
You can view, edit, and delete each subscription at any time inside the App, and you can reset all data from the Settings screen.
11. Children
SubCheck is not directed at children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
