월간일정(이하 “본 앱”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 매우 중요하게 생각하며, 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
본 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·생년월일 등 어떠한 개인 식별 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 저장되는 데이터의 범위와 위치
- 이용자가 직접 입력한 할일(Todo), 그룹명, 색상·아이콘 선택, 폰트·카드 크기 등의 설정값은 모두 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
- 본 앱은 별도의 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 입력 데이터를 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
3. iCloud (CloudKit) 동기화 — 선택 기능
- 이용자가 iCloud를 활성화한 경우, Apple의 CloudKit 개인 데이터베이스(Private Database)를 통해 이용자 본인의 Apple ID로만 접근 가능한 영역에 데이터가 동기화될 수 있습니다.
- 동기화 데이터는 Apple iCloud의 약관에 따라 관리됩니다. 본 앱 운영자는 해당 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
4. JSON 백업 / 복원 — 선택 기능 (프리미엄)
- 본 기능은 이용자가 직접 실행할 때에만 동작하며, 자동으로 백업이 생성되지 않습니다.
- 백업 파일이 생성되는 위치: 이용자가 iOS의 “파일(Files)” 시트에서 직접 선택한 위치(예: 내 iPhone, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive 등 이용자가 연결한 저장소)에 저장됩니다. 본 앱은 별도의 자체 클라우드에 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.
- 운영자의 접근 가능성: 생성된 백업 파일은 이용자의 저장소에만 존재하며, 본 앱 운영자는 해당 파일을 조회·수정·삭제할 수 없습니다.
- 복원 처리 흐름: 이용자가 선택한 백업 파일을 본 앱이 기기 내부에서만 파싱(JSON 디코딩)합니다. 백업 파일의 내용이 외부 서버나 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 백업 파일의 관리·삭제 책임: 생성된 백업 파일 자체는 이용자가 직접 관리해야 합니다. 본 앱을 삭제하더라도 외부 저장소에 남겨둔 백업 파일은 자동으로 삭제되지 않으며, 이용자가 해당 저장소에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
5. 인앱 결제
- 프리미엄 기능(무제한 할일 등록 + JSON 백업/복원)은 Apple의 인앱 결제(StoreKit)를 통해 제공됩니다.
- 결제 정보는 Apple에 의해 처리되며, 본 앱은 영수증 외 결제 정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
6. 광고 / 분석
본 앱은 광고 SDK 및 제3자 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 이용자의 행동을 추적하지 않습니다.
7. 권한 사용
- 로컬 알림: 할일 알림을 위해 사용됩니다. 거부 시 알림 기능만 비활성화되며 다른 기능에는 영향이 없습니다.
8. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기
모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기에 저장되므로, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. iCloud 동기화를 사용한 경우 iCloud 설정에서 별도로 삭제할 수 있습니다. JSON 백업 파일은 §4 안내에 따라 이용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
9. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱 내 기능을 통해 언제든 데이터를 직접 조회·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. JSON 백업/복원 기능(§4)을 통해 데이터를 본인의 저장소로 내보낼 수 있습니다.

Monthly Todo (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
The App does not require account creation and does not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or date of birth.
2. What Is Stored and Where
- All data you enter — todos, group names, color/icon choices, font and layout settings — is stored only on your device.
- The App operates no server of its own and does not transmit user-entered data to any external server controlled by the developer.
3. iCloud (CloudKit) Sync — Optional
- If you enable iCloud, data may be synchronized through Apple’s CloudKit Private Database, accessible only by your own Apple ID.
- Such data is governed by Apple’s iCloud terms. The developer of this App cannot access it.
4. JSON Backup / Restore — Optional (Premium)
- This feature only runs when you explicitly trigger it. The App never creates an automatic backup in the background.
- Where the backup file is created: the file is written to the destination you pick in iOS’s Files sheet (e.g., On My iPhone, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any storage you connected to the Files app). The App does not keep a copy on any developer-controlled server.
- Operator access: the resulting backup file resides only in your chosen storage. The developer of this App cannot read, modify, or delete it.
- Restore flow: when you pick a backup file, the App parses (JSON-decodes) it entirely on-device. The file’s contents are never sent to an external server or to the developer.
- Your responsibility for the file: managing and deleting the backup file itself is your responsibility. Uninstalling the App does not automatically remove backup files saved to external storage — you must delete them yourself from the storage where they live.
5. In-App Purchase
- The Premium feature (unlimited tasks + JSON backup & restore) is offered via Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit).
- Payment is handled by Apple. The App does not collect or store payment information beyond the StoreKit receipt.
6. Advertising / Analytics
The App does not use any advertising SDKs or third-party analytics tools and does not track user behavior.
7. Permissions Used
- Local Notifications: used to remind you of your todos. Denying it disables only the reminder feature.
8. Retention and Deletion
Because all data is stored on your device, removing the App deletes it. If you used iCloud sync, you can additionally delete it through iCloud settings. JSON backup files must be deleted manually by you, per §4.
9. Your Rights
You can view, edit, and delete your data at any time within the App. You can export your data with the JSON backup feature (§4).
