버스잠(“앱”)은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집·이용 항목
- 앱 내 설정값: 세션 길이, 선택한 배경음 카테고리·변형, 볼륨, 광고 제거 구매 상태 등 사용자가 화면에서 직접 조정한 값
- 알림 권한 (선택): 세션 종료 알림(차임)이 백그라운드에서 발화되어야 하는 케이스가 있을 때만 사용 — 동의하지 않아도 앱 이용에는 제한이 없습니다
- 광고 식별자 (IDFA, 사용자 동의 시): Google AdMob 광고 노출 및 측정에 사용. 동의하지 않아도 앱 이용에는 제한이 없습니다
본 앱은 위치 정보, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, 음성, 헬스킷, 캘린더, 결제 수단 정보 등을 일체 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 데이터 저장 위치
- 모든 설정값은 사용자 기기 내부(UserDefaults)에 저장됩니다.
- 양이청음 합성, 배경음 재생, 세션 진행은 전부 기기 내부에서만 수행되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 본 앱은 별도의 서버에 사용자 식별 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
3. 외부 전송
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): 광고 표시 및 측정. 자세한 처리방침은 https://policies.google.com/privacy 를 참고하세요.
- Apple StoreKit: 인앱 결제(광고 제거) 검증 시 Apple 서버와 통신합니다. 결제 정보는 Apple 이 직접 처리하며, 본 앱은 결제 결과(entitlement)만 받아 광고 노출 여부를 결정합니다.
4. 보관 기간
- 사용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 내에서 설정을 초기화하기 전까지 기기 내부에 보관됩니다.
- 앱 삭제 시 모든 로컬 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
5. 사용자 권리
사용자는 언제든지 다음을 수행할 수 있습니다.
- 설정 화면에서 모든 값을 직접 수정
- 앱 삭제로 모든 데이터 영구 삭제
- iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호에서 IDFA / 알림 권한을 언제든 회수
6. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 의료적 사용 금지 안내
본 앱의 양이청음·자연음은 휴식 보조용이며 의료 기기가 아닙니다. 수면 장애, 불안 장애, 발작 이력 등 의학적 진단·치료가 필요한 상태에는 사용을 권장하지 않으며 의료 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.

BusJam (“the App”) respects your privacy. Here is what we handle.
- In-app preferences: session length, selected ambient categories / variants, per-channel volumes, remove-ads purchase state — anything you set directly on screen.
- Notification permission (optional): used only if the end-of-session chime needs to fire while the app is backgrounded. Declining does not restrict use.
- Advertising identifier (IDFA, with your consent): used by Google AdMob for ad presentation and measurement. Declining does not restrict use.
We never collect location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, voice, HealthKit, calendar, or payment-method information.
2. Where data is stored
- Preferences live entirely on your device (UserDefaults).
- Binaural synthesis, ambient playback, and session timing run on-device only — nothing is uploaded.
- We do not run a server that identifies you.
3. External transmissions
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): ad presentation and measurement. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Apple StoreKit: in-app purchase verification (Remove Ads) talks to Apple’s servers. Apple handles the payment itself; the app only receives the entitlement result and uses it to toggle ad visibility.
4. Retention
- Data lives on your device until you delete the app or reset preferences in-app.
- Deleting the app removes all local data.
5. Your rights
You can at any time:
- Edit every value from the in-app Settings screen.
- Permanently delete all data by uninstalling the app.
- Revoke IDFA / notification permission from iOS Settings → Privacy.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to users under 14 and does not intentionally collect their information.
7. Not a medical device
The binaural beats and ambient sounds are a rest aid, not a medical device. Do not rely on them in place of medical care for sleep disorders, anxiety disorders, seizure history, or any other diagnosed condition — consult a healthcare professional.
